碩士 / 健行科技大學 / 電機工程系碩士班 / 103 / The purpose of this paper is to obtain the lowest life cycle cost of the offshore wind farm with fixed area and fixed number of wind turbines, taking into account the costs of investment, line loss and reliability. The configuration and capacity of the wind farm internal network are then chosen properly. According to proper cost models, loss models and reliability models, and the objective function defined as the total life cycle cost of the wind farm, the genetic algorithm and exhaustive algorithm are adopted to solve the problem. Test results show that genetic algorithms and exhaustive algorithm can both obtain the lowest cost of offshore wind farm and U-ring internal network is the best configuration.
