In the early years , mostly mainland male smuggled to Taiwan to work illegally, but now gradually transformed into the mainland woman sneaking to Taiwan to engage the prostitution .
In recent years, China government improve the economic environment And also the cross-strait policy to Taiwan and china is getting more open , This day , People on the mainland use the legal way ( false marriages , visiting relatives , sightseeing ) to Taiwan as a cover .
The situation of taking fishing vessels illegally to Taiwan is no longer happened.
Instead, the Vietnamese people use the chinese boats to sneak to Taiwan which brings the huge impact to our national security .
In the future, the manpower in my Coast Guard will be getting less and less, and also our Coast Guard Organization will be reformed. How could we deal with those situations？
This study will deeply analyzed and discussed on Vietnamese people take advantage of the mainland fishing vessel sneak to Taiwan and the Prevention Of our Coast Guard administration . And the purpose of this study is truly hoping could find a implementation ,improvement strategies for our Coast Guard in the future.
In order to effectively reduce the Vietnamese people use mainland boats to sneak to Taiwan .
However, there are still some difficulties of the Coast Guard Investigative Vietnamese people smuggling cases currently . here are in accordance with the recommendations of the conclusions of this study:(1) strengthen radar information operation in order to improve the experience; (2) to combine and integrate sea, shore duty thoroughly, (3) Enhance intelligence gathering as intensive counseling；(4) Strengthen the ability to analysis the target and intensify the investigation. (5) Crime prevention advocacy and encourage people to report wrongdoing；(6) Strengthen the investigative capacity, Cut off the source of crime (7) Promote cross –border cooperation, and block the crime in the beginning
