碩士 / 玄奘大學 / 應用外語學系碩士班 / 103 / In a rapidly changing society, the artistic and humanistic qualities become more and more important. The featured curriculums with integrated themes and designs of multiple measures can encourage students to learn the arts and humanities. Therefore, here specifically for the fifth-grade students, the related literatures were surveyed and discussed, and a course of “dance dyed ocean Paradise” was designed. Then practical teachings and multiple measures were carried out. At last, based on the information gathered during the lecture and the assessment results, the analysis, reflection and reviews were made. The results are summarized as follows:
1. Conclusion of the development of featured curriculums in Arts and Humanities and the corresponding implementation process
a. The professional competence of the teachers was effectively enhanced through the collaborative action research of the teachers.
b. The supports from the experts helped the development of the curriculums and the problem solving.
c. The appropriate guidance and sharing by teachers could effectively inspire the students’ creativity and imagination.
d. The context-aware outdoor eco-education systems and the integration on interdisciplinary learning strengthened the connections of students.
e. The courses integrated with information media instructions effectively improved the learning interests.
f. The curriculum designs focusing on hands on and observations helped achieve the instructional objectives and boost learning outcome.
g. Courses with the appreciations of the performing artwork effectively stimulated students’ learning motivations.
h. The courses with cooperative learnings helped heighten the learning willingness of the students.
2. Conclusion of results of multiple measures in the teachings of arts and humanities in the elementary schools
a. The instructions before lecturing helped the results of self-assessments and peer assessments be more accurate.
b. The announcement of the assessment results helped the students learn from each other.
c. The advance writing of worksheets helped the assessments publish more smoothly.
d. Performance assessment with cooperative groups helped enhance the effectiveness of learning outcome.
e. Peer assessments with activities improved the capability of the students’ appreciations effectively.
f. Parent assessments helped the extension and connections of students’ learning experiences.
g. Inspections by multiple measures helped the students learn in-depth.
h. Multiple measures effectively examined the learning objectives of the students to reach the benchmarks of Grade 1-9 Curriculum.
