There is good way for energy-saving is use shipping method. It is very good to us to carrying a large of goods on the sea. But there have more danger on the shipping than on the other way. It is the human intelligence use the law of "Maritime" to be balance between danger and energy-saving choice.
Each country has its domestic law to do what their country's maritime policy.The "shipowner liability limitation system " is bass on it. Even countries in the Convention of "shipowner liability limitation system " for the same point. In the Chapter VII we will research what the points on the Conventions.
What happens in shipping method. It is often with a foreign nature. We use to with "Conflict of Laws " to balance the case. So we think the "shipowner liability limitation system " belong "Private International Law".We will study the "shipowner liability limitation system"on the point of view of "Private International Law".The following is a summary of each chapter of this thesis.
The first chapter, for each of the paper used research methods. On second chapter,we studies what the cause and evolution about "shipowner to limit the liability system". On third chapter,we studies all the doctrines of "shipowner to limit the liability system".On fourth chapter,we studieswhat is the difference between the" shipowner liability limit liability" and other legal laws.On fifth chapter,we studieswhat is the "Conflict Of Laws"about"shipowner to limit the liability system " event. The sixth chapter is to choose to limit the liability of the shipowner foreign law applicable to the study of maritime incidents. For all the international convention on shipowner we explained on Chapter seven.Finally, on chapter eight, we conclusion points out the probably insufficiency of our law and take it as the reference of repairing the law in the future.
