Salinity on Protein Change in Extracellular Polymeric Substances of Cladophora glomerata / 不同鹽度下剛毛藻胞外聚合物中蛋白質變化之研究

碩士 / 崑山科技大學 / 環境工程研究所 / 103 / Cladophora genus is commonly distributed in the world's freshwater and marine waters epiphytic large benthic algae. In this study, Cladophora glomerata widely distributed of Taiwan observed in different tidal river estuary, Extracellular substances of algae in vitro (extracellular polymeric substance, EPS) forming slime layer (mucilage layer) thickness and epiphytic algae algae (epiphytic algal) changes in the number. And to foster the growth of different salinities experiment to observe the effect of salinity on Cladophora extracellular polymeric substances. The very sensitive to salinity, when the salinity is greater than 3.0 ‰, ie induced to secrete large amounts of extracellular polymeric substances, so that the mucilage layer of algae in vitro rapid thickening. The study then analyzes extracellular polymeric substances in different salt stress and changes in protein that an important component of extracellular polymeric substances.
