A Study on The Appropriateness of Evaluation Indicators for Arrangement for Manufactory of Curved Block — The Case of CSBC Corporation, Taiwan / 曲板船段製造廠房佈置評估指標適切性之研究--以台船公司為例

There is obviously difference of their shapes because of different characteristic. The manufactory should be deployed with a proper arrangement for different commercial ships. Generally the ship building is much different from the other manufacturing industries in standard and mass production. Ship building is made to order and requires much labors and high technology. A new manufactory or a being renewed old manufactory needs a complete plan in advance to avoid problems in the future.
The study takes the case of CSBC Corporation Taiwan which is the biggest shipyard in Taiwan. She is re-planning her manufactories because of the difference business and higher output. The AHP and Expert Choice will be used to decide the important evaluation indicators for arrangement for manufactory of curved blocks of a new manufactory.
