It integrates the information of renting local place and set up a website as the agency of homeowners and students, it helps students to get all information of renting house immediately and find their own ideal place in temporary. The feature of online renting system is that it can save all evaluation of renting in all previous years, helping the subsequent users have basis, moreover, renters compete each others because of the evaluation to promote the renting industry.
