碩士 / 高苑科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 103 / This study aims to investigate the impact caused by community modality for co-operation on community development. This study adopted completed Alian project as an example to discuss the motive of organizing community, the process and result from mutual learning and training in community, operation of community resource and its whole performance, as well as the function and the role of counseling team in Alian project. Qualitative method was used in this study to collect data via in-depth interview and visiting. The findings in this research include:
1. The factors influencing the motive of organization community include pioneering policy, active encouragement in public sectors and the need from community.
2. The promotion of Alian project effectively raises the ability of community, which includes to build an extremely high teamwork ability and aura, along with to form a team with high participation. Due to mutual learning, cooperation and the growth of community training of the team, they can work on it in a steady way.
3. The operation of resource and integration of Alian project perform well. This project can successfully integrate all community resources through a level from point, line and plane so that it’s beneficial for their served people.
4. The counseling performance in counseling team in Alian project is well recognized, except that they should provide long-term support for community.
