碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 工業工程與管理系 / 103 / Because of growing fast of the new industry, and competition of developed country, making Taiwan machine tool industry is threatened. In order to satisfy the changing of need of various market, and get rid of the threaten of the price competition, advancing the advantage of the industry is important besides controlling the cost in our country. Therefore, it's an immediate issue in how to make proper strategies of replenishment, transportation, producing.
This research focus on the cost, including ordering cost, purchasing cost, transportation cost, producing cost, and replenishment cost of supply chain, and then makes a mixed integer programming model with a goal to minimize the cost. In the part of the joint replenishment problem, choosing the most proper supplier and the best amount of purchasing in many suppliers and that shortage of the raw materials won't be considered; in the part of transportation, we will consider the problem of units of cars and kinds of cars, different cars with different loading, and limits of driving distance; there are many capacity constraint problems of each producing model and we will consider the pre-produce to avoid the demand higher than the supply. If there are too many variables or conditions when we solve mixed integer programming, it will easier results in NP-hard problems. Therefore, in this research, we will use Particle Swarm Optimization in this model to minimize the cost and then compare two methods to provide the best method to the machine tool industry.
