碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 冷凍空調系 / 103 / In this study, investigating the effects of one row and two row for different types of louver to louver fin and tube heat exchanger performance by numerical simulation. Explore the louver are: curved blade and flat blade,and analysis louver angle and louver width on the performance of heat exchanger . To provide a louver fin on the fin and tube heat exchanger design. The longitudinal tube pitch is 12.7mm, the transverse tube pitch is 21mm, the tube collar is 7.53mm, the fin thickness is 0.1mm, fin pitch is 1.5mm. Change the geometric parameters, the fixed width of 1.54mm, increasing the width of the window type (1.40, 1.55, 1.65, 1.55, 1.40mm), to change the window type blade angle of 25 °, increasing the blade angle of 4 degrees (20 °, 24 °, 28 °, 32 °, 28 °, 24 °, 20 °) . Eight frontal velocities are considered : 0.5 m / s, 1 m / s, 1.5 m / s, 2 m / s, 2.5 m / s, 3 m / s , 3.5 m / s, 4.0 m / s. The results are displayed in the window type flat vane fin and tube heat exchangers, the angle of increases is not be able to achieve the effect of increasing the heat transfer. The structures of the louver are greatly for airflow. The louver by full curved surface is badly for airflow,it can't effectively make the airflow into the window of the flow channel.In addition increase of the angle of louver or the width of louver is only slightly increased for heat transfer. But the pressure drop is increased 23% .It’s ineffective.
