碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 冷凍空調系 / 103 / In this study, it simulates in numeric to observe the impact of vortex generators at the plate fin and louver fin tube heat exchanger, analysis the tube near wake region of the delta wing vortex generators affect heat transfer and pressure drop to fin and tube heat exchanger, to provide a reference design containing a vortex generator for louver fin and flat fin tube heat exchangers. Fin-tube heat exchanger in this study contains plate flat fin and louver fin, the longitudinal tube pitch is 13.6mm, the transverse tube pitch is 17.6mm, the tube collar is 7.53mm, the fin thickness is 0.1mm, vortex generators angle of 35, The height of the punched delta winglets is equal to 90% of the fin spacing. Adjust the fin pitch Fp=1.2mm、Fp=1.71mm、Fp=2mm、Fp=2.5mm、Fp=3mm, Ten frontal velocities are considered:0.5m/s、1 m/s、1.5 m/s、2 m/s、2.5 m/s、3 m/s、3.5 m/s、4 m/s. The results show that in the same amount of heat transfer, plate flat fin and heat exchanger is with vortex generators or not, the pressure drop of plate flat fin heat exchanger which comprising vortex generators becomes smaller. thus, the delta wing will produce longitudinal vortex in the tube wake region of plate flat fin, and reduce the pressure drop effectively to make fan pump decreasing the energy consumption. Louver fin heat exchanger with vortex generators, it won't have much impact. Therefore, delta wing will produce vortex in the back region of tube ,but for louver fin won't have much impact.
