碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 政治經濟研究所碩士在職專班 / 103 / To understand the process and enforcement of the trade policy formulation, this paper uses a realistic example of Taiwan’s trade policy for an in-depth analysis of the social development under the trade politics. Furthermore, it also provides an analysis of the actors within current institution. By interpreting the interactions and the influences among the actors, it allows further investigation of its meaning and prospection.
From the perspective of “New Institutionalism”, using “United States Beef Import” and “Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement” as examples, secondary data are collected for analysis. For the actors of trade policy, the interactions among the actors are influenced by its power or ways of actions. The examination of the process and the result of actors’ interactions provide a better understanding to the promotion of the trade politics of social development.
