In order to catch the trend of globalization, networking, and Informatization, business must to react immediately to the fast-moving, competitive global markets. More than that, business must make supply chains smarter, strengthening the logistics management. Therefore, we must establish a service platform for acting a quick response to the global market. Furthermore, integrating with governmental custom management platform to develop a smart logistics supply chain management, empowering our national competitiveness.
The research takes the Case: Corporation R as a foundation. Corp. R products are spread and marketed all over the world which is the crucial model in the supply chains industry with comprehensive understanding of customers’ needs. The research applies documentary analysis and semi-structure interview as a way in order to syncope and benefit the analysis. There are several outcomes contributions listed as following:
1. The key success of System establishment, functions, operations, and standardization process provides ideal models for other business which are without their own logistic service platform.
2. Corp. R assist other business current logistic service platform integrates with the smart logistics strategy from the government Dept---custom window integration, improving their business toward International development and prepare their status in Free Economic Pilot Zones.
3. Corp R provides solution for the problems /needs of supply chains that enterprises are facing nowadays.
4. Through Benefit analysis, Corp. R provides other business link up with International Supply Chains Management Integration to move into next steps.
5. Provide an excellent model for the government- Economic Zone, continuously opening all aspects of Information, increasing the effectiveness and competitiveness among the world.
The case takes macroscopic perspective of view to deeper study at how service platform can improve Supply Chains Management and Smart Logistics as competitive advantage. Furthermore, taking microscopic views develops detail of operation and standards for the following studying points, enabling it to integrate with Free Economic Pilot Zones- Smart logistics strategy to offer the ideal suggestions for the future development.
