The Case Study of Planned Grouping Based Technical Arts Education Programs in HaiYang Junior High School in Hsinchu. / 新竹市海洋國中技藝教育專案編班研究

碩士 / 國立新竹教育大學 / 教育與學習科技學系教育行政碩士在職專班 / 103 / The study aims to make the investigation and discusssion about the implementations of Planned Grouping Based Technical Arts Education Program (PG-TAEP) in the Hai Yang Junior High School in Hsinchu.
The study is served as qualitative research and it is based on 25members in 101 and 102 school year, inclusive of the teachers and students and to do the research while literature analyses and questionaires survey to the students involved in the PG-TAEP are applied as complement as well as the opinions from the interviewees such as the principal,the program executive, and the teachers. What the researcher do in the study is to realize why the students choose to enter the Class in Technical Arts Education, and what they will harvest from the class. The conclusion of this study are summarized as follows:
1. Accomplishment, interests and the practical skills are the reasons why the students like to attend the class. The biggest harvest is that they have much more confidence to themselves and the firm goal to the future.
2. The challenge and strategy-improving for the operation of administrative organization
(1) It is advisory that members in the school should have the obligation to share the burdern in order to avoid the problem of overload.
(2) It’s suggested that the selection committee of students recruitment should be strengthened to be involved properly in the program.
3. The challenge and strategy-improving in curriculum and teaching methods
(1) In order to satisfy the need, which is the extra lessons at night after the normal class, our teachers volunteered to do everything that the students want for them.
(2) Due to the lack of interest to learn to the students,it is necessary for the teachers to change or adjust the material of teaching
4. The challenge and strategy-improving in the career guidance.
(1) Adaptive counseling is suggested to offer the students who are lost in the crossroads.
(2) The question how to match the department chosen by the students in senior high school with their interest depends on the conseling among the teachers in junior or senior high school and their parents.
5. The challenge and strategy-improving in the use of funds.
(1) Asking for extraordinary expenditure to take place of annual expenditure to cover the problem of the late delivering funds.
(2) The problem about the insufficiency in material in the department of hospitality group is considered to be left to the prvious communication or in the way of mutual payment.
Finally, the suggestion based on the research are provided for the authority of education institutes,schools.and the researcher who comes behind as reference.
