Therefore, the government set up the official management plans, in which hot spring public water system and the total volume of usage control are incorporated to current management and the future development of the hot springs From the viewpoint of hot springs, Jiaosi area as a closed area has high visibility, thus it is taken as a study area. The study focuses on the establishment and delivery of the hot spring public pipeline, with aids of life-cycle framework to analyze the factors that may affect, including total volume, level, temperature, pH and conductivity. Besides, the field interviews to users were performed to understand the current situation of usage. Moreover, the field investigations were taken as well to realize the actual situation of usage. The conclusion proposes that the public pipeline plan can be substituted with a joint system before it can really achieve its final goal of a unique system. The study further explores the feasibility of the final system in order to equally achieve sustainable development, environmental conservation and development of eco-tourism industry.
