Relationship between water color and phytoplankton community at clam culture pond in Yunlin / 雲林地區文蛤養殖池水色與浮游植物群聚組成關係之研究

碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 水產養殖研究所 / 103 / Water color is very important in aquaculture. However the water color
is composed of suspended particles and plankton including zooplankton
and phytoplankton, especially phytoplankton diversity may affect the
ecological environment in water. The growth of organisms are related to
the content of phytoplankton in culture pond. To understand the
relationship between phytoplankton and water color. In present study for
the Yunlin area 27 clams pond were analyzed water color, phytoplankton
and water quality. The results showed that water color data of sample by
PANTONE-CMYK Coaten can be found six color gradation in the all
culture pond. The color gradation P178C and P177C (Grayish green) is the
most common in water color data. The color gradation P178C has with
dominant species include Nitzschia vitrea, Pleurosigma angulatum,
Nitzschia closterium and the color gradation P177C has with dominant
species include Nitzschia closterium, Pleurosigma angulatum, Nitzschia
vitrea. There are 68 phytoplankton species were identified , the dominant
species are 78% of Bacillariophyceae. In this study, PANTONE-CMYK
Coaten was usde to compare the water color, to establish the basis and for
water color, for improving and advancing the aquaculture technology.
