Effects of low-fish-meal feed added nucleotides product on growth and physiological response in grouper, Epinephelus coioides. / 含核苷酸低魚粉飼料對點帶石斑成長及生理影響之研究

碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 水產養殖研究所 / 103 / This study evaluated the feed additive commercially available nucleotide and replace soybean meal in different proportions to the point on behalf of the grouper fish (Epinephelus coioides) fish growth, survival and immune parameters and the impact of changes in blood biochemical indices. Experimental divided into five groups, fed the basal diet and replace 10 percent and 30 percent fish meal, soybean meal feed concentrate, and individual 0.1 % , 0.2 % and 0.05 % commerical nucleotides A or commerical nucleotides B Plus. It was found in a concentrated soybean meal to replace part of fishmeal will slightly decrease in the growth rate and feed conversion rates; but in the case of exogenous nucleic acid added, different proportions of concentrate replace fish meal, soybean meal group was no significant difference in the growth and feed conversion rate , shows the nucleotide add help to improve the proportion of soybean meal substituted. Also adding a commercially available nucleotide groups in the immune response and respiratory burst activity of SOD are significantly higher than the group not added, it shows the nucleotide is added to help enhance non-specific immunity. The results of this study feed costs, although there is no obvious benefit, but in fish meal prices continue to rise in the future, replace soybean meal increased the proportion of fish meal, the nucleotide is a good choice of feed additives.
