Growing awareness of environmental protection has triggered development of green supply chain management. There have been more and more concerns about the effects on the environment caused by cargo conveyance in international trade. This study is a qualitative research and focus on relationship among Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM), Green Shipping Practices(GSPs) and Organizational Performance.
This study studies the influence on organizational performance by leading GSCM, GSPs into shipping industry, and use of Analytic Network Process(ANP) to analyze the impact of each criteria and subcriteria on organizational performance.
The rank result of subcriterias is as follows: (1) Company policy and procedure (2) Green Manufacturing (3) Green Procurement (4) Shipping design for compliance. It can provide to enterprises for consultation when implementing GSCM and GSPs to help them enhance environmental performance more efficiently.
