The Study of Job Satisfaction of Volunteer Soldiers to Their Turnover Intention / 海軍志願役士兵工作滿意度對離職傾向之研究

碩士 / 國立中山大學 / 高階公共政策碩士班 / 103 / The timeline of the study is after the organizationl reform within the Republic of China armed. The aim of the study is to understand the relationship between the soldiers'' Job satisfaction and turnover intention. The study is based on one naval logistic support unit in south of Taiwan. The study is supported by other technical litersture. As well as an indepth interview of thirty current volunteer soldiers and seven retired volunteer soldiers.
The research results are listed as follows:
1.Current volunteer soldiers'' job satisfaction slightly low, the main factor for the country''s military policy in the implementation of downsizing, the resulting reduction in job openings, lack of manpower and workload emphasis on other conditions.
2. Low overall job satisfaction of personnel, their high turnover intention.
3. Turnover of staff analysis has poor organizational streamlining policy for the military, promotion and other aspects of personnel satisfaction.
4. Leave system stable and functional considerations domicile dispatch, help to improve job satisfaction and lower turnover intention.
