碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 航運管理學系 / 103 / This thesis uses four input variables, such as the number of staff, transportation equipment, land, fuel consumption, and one output variable, operation income as the basis for empirical evaluation. Main DEA models like CCR, BCC and A&;P are applied to evaluate the operation performance of the company A’s fixed-route trucking carriers. The results show that the relatively effective carriers are Nuannuan, Zhongli, and Hualian.
In addition, this research offers the improvement ways for those DMUS with low efficients. Suggestions and directions for future research are also provided in the last of this thesis.
