碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 電機工程學系 / 103 / The conventional navigation software use electronic map that shows roads with road tutorial to guide the way on the monitor, but sometimes, users might get lost because the unfamiliar places, so it’s more efficiently to provide a better service by Augmented Reality navigation. Because of the effectiveness of Car PC was unsatisfied, the development of Augmented Reality navigation was prevented, but with the better processor speed, system performance and popularization, many companies prefer to set navigation systems on smartphone rather than Car PC. Therefore, this paper proposes the research of Augmented Reality and navigation system, and used the image processing algorithm of Hough Transform, so it could provide a better service. Users will judge the direction instinctively when they use Augmented Reality navigation, a angular deviation may cause misjudgments, so it must be more precisely than conventional navigation.
This thesis has three step: First, get the locations of each roads by NURO in order to use on the navigation APP; Second, after get the locations of each roads, it will use to perspective projection to calculating distance by projective on the monitor, in order to guide the way by marking line; Third, submit four kind of mechanism to fix mistake of GPS which like transmit-receive problem or other reason, the mechanism of speed can get the location of user correctly, the mechanism of G-Sensor can adjust the distance, the mechanism of extended GPS points can promote the precision of each roads, and the mechanism of Hough Transform lane recognition can improve the judgement of navigation APP become more efficient and correctly. The contribution of this paper is promoted the precision of augmented reality navigation, and provides user a better experience.
