Reliability Studies on the Hybrid Power Systems of Underwater Vehicle / 水下載具混合動力系統之可靠度研究

碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 機械與機電工程學系 / 103 / With the advent of new century, submarine is still regarded as an important deterrent, therefore, the attentions on underwater vehicles technology that attracted many researchers have been focused on its relevant fields. The objective of this thesis is to provide a new design concept for the power systems of underwater vehicles in a way to enhance the reliability of the underlining system by considering partial fault tolerance to provide developers a different design solution in order to improve the reliability of the system, and considering preventive maintenance concept. In this study, the integration of underwater vehicle design and reliability engineering technology with corresponding reliability information was conducted that prompted for research of reliability system allocation and preventive maintenance. Case studies citing patent reference and diesel-powered system were conducted for reliability allocations and preventive maintenance, through the construction of a modular configuration, and then find the corresponding system reliability and availability, maintainability. Results from this study have revealed that, through study of the fault tolerant reliability characteristics, can effectively improve system reliability.
