The Planning for Theme Restaurant— Shanghai Live Shrimp Restaurant / 主題式餐廳規劃設計-以上海百家班活蝦餐廳為例

The study focused on a prawn-themed restaurant, Bai Jia Ban Prawn Restaurant Shanghai branch. After combining the images of bamboo and prawn, new design of restaurant and menu used the combined image.

Through the questionnaire survey and analysis, the combined design can impose the restaurant’s impression to the customers. And another advantage is to make marketing strategy more easily and impressively. Customers are easy to make a connection of prawn and Bai Jia Ban Prawn Restaurant Shanghai branch.

The results indicate the importance of connecting the marketing strategy and design elements. The connection can strengthen customers’ satisfaction and impression. The study shows the key elements and trend of themed restaurant in the future.
