A Study of Experiential Marketing Planning of Shanghai GANSO Dream Word / 上海元祖夢世界體驗行銷規劃之研究

碩士 / 國立臺北教育大學 / 文化創意產業經營學系 / 103 / Ever since year of 2000, the average increasing rate of Chinese Children Industry had been rapidly growth of 20% annually. Facing this enormous growing number at the Children consumption market rather than the adults market, many enterprises, manufacturers, merchants new and old are rushing themselves into this market.
This research is based on the “GANSO Dream World” leading by Mrs. Xiuwan Zhang, the president of famous food products in Taiwan. It is a new notion with Children as main topics that bring into their Commercial Real Estate Projects.Having the market needs in mind, they try to create a “ third space for children recreation”, or a “one station of experimental recreation shopping center” to detail their space design and the 5 industrial management.
Therefore, this research adapt the main theory of experiential marketing to the actual situation of the Chinese Children consumption market to evaluate the case of GANSO Dream World plan in their application on experiential marketing in their notion and methods and in the same time analyze how the present managers in Children Industry guiding their way, and how the GANSO Dream World will influence the industry.
The research will outline from the experiential marketing with the characteristics: senses experiential, thinking experiential, behavior experiential, emotional experiential, referent experiential, these 5 structures, to analyze the values and meanings that GANSO Dream World will bring, and conclude the influences that GANSO Dream World will effect in this industry with their creation.
