碩士 / 靜宜大學 / 觀光事業學系 / 103 / The study aimed to understand resident’s involvement of activity, benefit cognition, and attitude toward Xinshe Flowers Festival. A total of three hundred and ninety-five valid samples were collected by the study so as to examine the relationships among the above variables. The result indicated that of resident’s involvement of activity has higher performance in "Attractive" and lowest performance in "Central". It also has higher performance on the leisure benefit cognition of Xinshe Flowers Festival. With respect to resident’s socio-demographic background, those who engaged in tourism industry, involved in festival, work for the community, has lived in Xinshe over 11 years have significant influences on the involvement of activities, benefit cognition, and the attitude toward festival. Finally there significantly relationships among resident’s involvement of activities, benefit cognition, and festival attitude toward Xinshe Flowers Festival .
