This paper specifically analyzes Joseph Haydn’s Sinfonia no. 45(“Abschied”). Different from usual, this is the famous last movement that composed both the Presto and Adagio and take the initiative in modulation to distant keys.
This paper is focused on Haydn's Sinfonia no. 45“Abschied”.It begins with an introduction to Haydn's biography and the original ideas of the symphony, followed by a discussion on the structure and the usage of compositional materials in the symphony,attempting to find out the most appropriate interpretation performance for this work
