Research of The Learning and Innovation of Service Volunteer - A Case of Historical Navigation Volunteers in National CKS Memorial Hall / 志願服務的學習與創新之研究-以國立中正紀念堂文史導覽志工為例

碩士 / 世新大學 / 觀光學研究所(含碩專班) / 103 / According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare publish 2012 volunteer service population of approximately 900,000 visitors for voluntary service, national volunteer service already 20,468 teams (Department of Statistics for Ministry of the Interior, 2012), therefore, the volunteer service was frequent. For volunteer service by itself, containswithin their means, my life's work, objective and impartial,serious and responsible, proactive and uniqueness of morality etc. of six traits ( Stebbins,1982).In every aspect of lifehas something in common relationship, therefore, with the characteristic functional relevance of leisure activity participants are excited, good communication with each other, complementary effects can be sustained.
This study, interview with volunteer experience in learning and innovationfor the CKS Memorial Hall junior and senior historical navigation, and interview toolsused qualitative research of structured interviews and participant observation, according to the order of questioning methods for collection and analysis of data and records, and summarized, analyzed, historical navigation volunteers were divided into learning situation, learning and innovation of status, and learning and innovation of relationship three levels, subdivision historical navigation volunteers knowledge sources and finishing out their advantages and disadvantages.Research conclusions established historical navigation volunteers lifelong learning and innovation concept, recommends: 1.historical navigation volunteers experience learning of method, 2.using historical navigation volunteers of learning style and multiple smart inspired,3.excitehistorical navigation volunteer opportunities to participate in team learning ,4.build historical navigation volunteers motivation and innovation capacity, 5.extension historical navigation volunteers learning potential and innovative thinking.
This study suggests that passive learning easier to get into the habit of dependence, so the learning and innovation to historical navigation volunteers are divided into three stages of perception, thinking, knowledge, and insights from the experiences related to reflections again thinking about access to knowledge produced intelligence, but intelligent creative source of historical navigationvolunteers and subsequently to enhance innovation capability. It use for future reference of researcher.
