碩士 / 南臺科技大學 / 企業管理系 / 103 / Due to the conscious of international company and the importance of the systems about governing branches in other countries, we decided to discuss about the influence of abroad investment and staff’s bonus on operating performance.
Regarding study’s objectives, Taiwanese companies in electronics industry were listed as the research object, and company financial performance EPS and Tobin’s Q as the key to measure operating performance. About the sample, we found some references from the financial statements and information which were reported on TEJ within 2010 to 2014. The research result was explained by the basic narrative statistics, correlation analysis, VIF test and regression analysis.
The empirical results of this study show that during 2010 to 2014, regardless of the ratio of overseas investment in China or outside China mainland to the business performance is negative significant, but the result indicates that the EPS of the ratio of overseas investment in China was not obvious. The enterprises which are active to run branches have to think about whether they should adjust their future business strategy when abroad investment is not able to be used to improve EPS and Tobin’s Q, or even worse.
In addition, about the reason why employee’s bonus system can be used to improve EPS and Tobin’s Q effective is , we thought, we can gain more benefit and market value by applying employee’s Bonus System to cheer staffs up and make them much willing to work.
