Through field interviews to understand the case and make the company work mode Integration induction, cultural background for the company, as well as the mode of operation and transport properties of the team to develop the company's energy-saving strategies, energy efficiency policies and the actual import Case company fleet. From the examples of test data found that energy-saving strategies before importing the vehicle after the fuel efficiency statistics, an average of 17 tons of fuel efficiency of vehicles from 4.0 km/l of 4.3 km/l, and 35 tons average fuel efficiency of vehicles from 2.77 km/l of 3.0 km/l, total fuel consumption decreased by 2.58% over last year. Thus, the results show that energy-saving strategies in this study have a significant impact on the case company vehicle fuel efficiency and reduce emissions of carbon dioxide can actually help the case company,, fleet enhance vehicle fuel efficiency, saving the team's operating costs, increase company the profit, enhance the company's competitiveness in the transport industry.
