碩士 / 淡江大學 / 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 / 103 / Volunteer force is the main development direction of Military service,which can achieve the elite force policy and build a“suitable sized elite defence force with powerful capabilities”modernized defense force.In response to flattened command hierarcy of logistics organization and the support of local area,we tryto improve the efficiency of the local depot to deliver the supplies to customera timely,adequately and in right place and maintain the capability of survival and combat of armed force additionally.We also utilize the information technology and instruments to reform the efficiency of supply,to build and enhance the supplies and support force buildup andreadiness.Hopefully depot can provice the direct support to customer with inner network by logistics and induration system in the future.It will have great importance for the restructure of the logistics organization of armed force and development of logistics practice.
The questionnaire supports the research by investigating the local logistics crew of their“Work Satisfaction,Work Performance,andPopulation Attribute Data”First,by Canonical Analysis and Regression Analysis,wefound that Fixed Income is unfavorable to Work Performance;on the other hand,high percentage of Incentive pay helps the participants on their work achievement.Further more,if we add in Population Attribute Data,byANOVA test(or t test)and the Regression analysis of population attribute custom;we found that Gender has no influence to the data,but Age,Education background,prefecture,service seniority,service unit and service satisfaction are sort of relate to Work Performance.And applying local replenish,the replenishing,receiving and returning procedure should sea up a clear target,bythat,cohere the consemus of the organization,andencourage individuals confident of reaching goals,ultimately,improves personal performance and working efficiency.The questionnaire were provide by Convenience Sampling,and the survey time between 2014,Feb and 2013,Mar.139 over 150 paper had retrieved and analyzed,the following are the result of the research:
1. Individual Attribute has an influence to Examination Procedure.
2. The examination procedure of depot keepers has a posistive influence to Service Satisfaction.
3. The examination procedure of depot keepers has a posistive influence to Work Performance.
