Wetsuit Procurement Selection Methods-A Case Study Based On A Fire Department / 潛水衣採購供應商評選模式之研究-以消防局為例

碩士 / 育達科技大學 / 休閒事業管理系碩士班 / 103 / After Federal Government Procurement Regulations were instilled in 1998, procurement authorities also made implementations to measure the efficacy of the procurement process. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effects of the regulation on product quality assurance, the ability to fulfill contracts, and the handling of product complaints, using hierarchical analysis to select the most appropriate suppliers. The Miaoli County Fire Department's procurement of wetsuits is used in this case study to assist in identifying top suppliers, consolidating resources, and creating strategic advantage in resource sharing.
This study was conducted using the hierarchical analysis process, and formal expert interviews of the Miaoli County Fire Department's procurement personnel via Delphi Method were used in contribution to the study. The collected expertise assessed and sorted the level of importance of four main factors in order of: Cost advantage, Production quality capabilities, Lead time capabilities, and Risk management.
This study summarizes the results of the analysis presented in the "Miaoli County Government Fire Department wetsuit procurement supplier selection table and weighted scoring table" and may be beneficial for future process of procurement of wetsuits.
