This study is exploratory case study, the purpose of exploring the construction of the UIC's business model innovation. Based on secondary data collection, interviews parties related stakeholders, with business model innovation methodology and service design methods and tools to explore, define and develop innovative business models constructed to provide UIC business model prototype and subsequent market testing positive .
The study found that UIC has ten years of experience in e-commerce business with the cloud data center management capabilities. Provides cloud and mobile services and with customer relationship management, business model innovation constructed to cope with differences and create new value of their customer experience goals. Provides value proposition include: 1.To allow customers to buy and easy to guarantee a safe agricultural products. 2.To be able to provide free and cloud amount denominated charging mechanism. 3.To be able to take the initiative to provide convenient and simple shopping experience. 4.To be able to design mechanisms to provide care for vulnerable groups. 5.To be able to provide products and actions pushed aside advertising platform, creating new marketing channels and enhance customer relations. 6.To be able to through the information system will guide the crowd again to participate in activities or consumption. The creation of customers, suppliers, customers and UIC mutual ecosystem reach the target business continuity.
