However, in the city's diet writing, but showing the relative lack of phenomenon. From 1995 to 2015, written on the theme of Tainan diet only ten publications not including the Food Guide between the two decades. And concentrated in 2011 after the merger counties. In recent years, the outbreak of Tainan tourist boom, so that writing about the city becomes popular.Therefore, Diet writing becomes more. Wang Hao Yi "snack Institute" , Yufu "immigrated to Tainan" and Darkbringer "24hrs eat in Tainan" not only introduce snack food or shops, but also think HISTORY context of Tainan diet system and Phenomenon.
This thesis attempts to discuss the face of Tainan snack food writing through text analysis by the three authors. Next, into the space and time to explore from two angles. Discussion the landscape of Tainan snacks, and unique concept of time.
