碩士 / 正修科技大學 / 營建工程研究所 / 104 / In order to implement the public works construction quality management system, the Public Construction Commision Executive Yuan Quality successively amended Public Construction Quality Management Guidelines in 1996 to regulate the execution of the three quality control system for the public works. The Public Construction Commision Executive Yuan also adjusted the Construction Audit Team Regulations to strengthen the competent authority supervisory function on September 10, 1992. Another regulation of Construction Inspection Team Performance Assessment Guidelines was set at September 26, 1992 to advance the check since the implementation was performed in January 1993. A good engineering quality assurance is not to rely on engineering quality check, but must be on-site personnel throughout the consistent efforts and insisted that the excellent quality of faith in order to achieve a really good project quality.
Based on this case study of the sewer construction, the investigation of the establishment of construction quality and the control of documentation quality is achieved for the fulfillment of the three quality management and emphasis of the public works to reach the government objective in public works.
