The Study Of Stress Relief With Fish Script Mode Based On Circadian Rhythm / 魚體文字對於早晚節律舒緩之研究

碩士 / 建國科技大學 / 電子工程系暨研究所 / 104 / With the progress of the society, tension and increasing pressure of life influence our physical, emotional and mental health and further create the feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, hostility, fear and so on. In addition, it is stated in the Chinese cognitive theory of body that our bodies and biological clock of twelve channels influence each other and the physiological stress also fluctuates according to the twelve channels. In this thesis, two Earthly Branches are selected from 24 hours (12 Earthly Branches), one from day and the other from night. The one from day is Sishi (9 a.m. to 11 a.m.) and the other from night is Xushi (7 p.m. to 9 p.m.). The main basis of this study is the averaged heart rate, stress index, total energy activity value, the state of sympathetic nervous and parasympathetic nerves system which are derived from measuring statistics.
This study is a continuation of the mode of fish script, color mode and Taiji mode of the script. The different effects of releasing body pressure in the day and night are observed through cross-analyzing the data of the participants. The results of the 3-phasse experiment show that the effect of releasing pressure is better during the day (Sishi 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.) than during the night (Xushi time period). In addition, with the combination of color psychology theory, affordance theory, color therapy theory and fish script concept, the participants release their emotions and pressure by appreciating the drawings through the experiment process. The physical and mental statuses of the participants are detected by heart rate variability (HRV) analysis equipment. The different statistical results regarding the pressure relieving are also analyzed. The different results in the day and night provide the time and method choices for people to release their body, mind and spirit. Moreover, the different results of pressure releasing effect in the day and night can be the references for the arrangement of the residence, office, public and commercial spaces to help people achieve the balance of minds, and enhance their performance of working and learning.
