The Study of Oversea Internship Adaptation of The Early Children Development and Education Department student / 幼兒保育系學生海外實習適應之研究

碩士 / 朝陽科技大學 / 幼兒保育系 / 104 / The study aims at investigating the oversea internship adaption of those students majoring in the Early Children Development and Education Department containing working, living, and interpersonal interactions adaption during the period of internship.
The study starts with collecting the relevant literature reviews, drafting the outline of interviewing, and applying the purposive sampling so as to complete the investigation. In order to obtain the precisely relevant data, the study implements an individual interviewing technique as well as collects weekly diary deriving from those oversea interns. The interviewing date was from November, 2015 to the end of December, 2015. Nine participants were interviewed for the purpose of finding out the oversea internship adaption. Conclusions are shown as follow.
1. the aspect of oversea internship working adaptation of the early children development and education department students.
According to the result shown, the majority of interns are able to fully seize the chance to demonstrate their teaching skills, be active to their educational work and accommodate themshelves to different teaching styles which internship institutions have taught them.
2. the aspect of oversea internship personal interaction adaptation of the early children development and education department students.
Being active to have interaction with teachers, valuing friendship, being reconciled with each other, respecting the local, and admiring the different culture will be the main factors to make those interns grow.
3. the aspect of oversea internship dieting adaptation of the early children development and education department students.
In term of the result, the dietary habit adaption varies on personal preferences; aside from this, commuting between working places and dorms has been identified as being the most troublesome. The study suggests that while facing a variety of living barriers, students optimistically cope with them. due to the fact that people would learn more from difficulties.
To sum up, on the basis of the result, the suggestions will be proposed in the hope of benefitting those students who take part in the oversea internship program and those researchers who have an interest in doing the relevant research.
