碩士 / 逢甲大學 / 經營管理碩士在職專班 / 104 / In recent years, under the promotion of Liouciou in Pingtung County Government, the Bed & Breakfast (B & B) has become a new tourism and leisure industry, with the various characteristics of the accommodation establishment, competition has intensified. This study will explore an early established B&B case as the spindle using qualitative research methods to obtain information, using SWOT analysis to develop a strategy in response to the following:
SO strategy: Build B & B advantage to attract tourist crowds.
ST strategy: Build B & B competitive advantage.
WO strategy: Combine government tourism marketing, maintenance of equipment to reduce customer complaints.
WT strategy: Use word of mouth marketing to promote its off-season promotions.
The research results develop a competitive advantage, overcoming its weaknesses and threats that come to the fore in the B & B owners in Liouciou traveling blue ocean to reach a successful approach for sustainable development.
