碩士 / 輔英科技大學 / 環境工程與科學系碩士班 / 104 / This research investigates the effects of ship emissions from Kaohsiung Harbor (KH) on its neighborhood. Two field studies using tethered ozonesondes and simultaneous ground monitoring are conducted in the KH. The first field observation was conducted in January 29 to 31, 2015 at the KH. Vertical ozone soundings were carried at 00:00-06: 00 AM in the nigh-time. The second was carried in April 21- 23, 2015 and the ozone sounding was conducted at 09:00-17:00 in the daytime. The results indicates that the concentrations of PM10、PM2.5、NO2 and CO in the KH nearby air stations are relatively higher from October to next February and relatively lower from March to September. Furthermore, the concentration of PM10、NOX、SO2 in the KH are higher than the its surrounding air monitoring stations s belonging to the Taiwan EPA. These evidences show that air quality in KH is worse than its neighborhood area. Using backward air trajectory analysis reveals that 50-70% air pollutions in the KH came from KH ship emissions.
