The Relationship between Physical and Mental Health And Job Satisfaction—A Case study of Kaohsiung Harbor Police Department / 警察人員身心健康與工作滿意度關係之研 究-以高雄港務警察總隊為例

碩士 / 玄奘大學 / 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 / 104 / This study is aimed to understand the relationship between Physical and Mental Health and Job Satisfaction, additionally analyzing the differences in different backgrounds. To achieve the purposes of the study, subsequently thorough literature review, measured by Physical and Mental Health Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale. The 343 survey was completed by Kaohsiung Harbor Police Officers. The hypothesis was analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, Independent-sample T test , one-way ANOVA , Pearson product-moment correlation , stepwise regression analysis. The research indicates as follows:
1. Physical and Mental Health and Job Satisfaction of Kaohsiung Harbor
Police Officers are both above the average in general.
2.The 5 variables of Job Satisfaction are all above the average, which life
adjustment showed the most significant .
3. The 5 variables of Physical and Mental Health and Job Satisfaction are all
above the average, which Salary showed the most significant.
4. Gender shows no significant with Physical and Mental Health; Age and
Marriage show some significant aspects among work experience.
5. Gender and Marriage shows no significant with Job Satisfaction; Age and
work experience shows significant correlation.
6.Physical and Mental Health shows signification correlation with Job
Satisfaction
7. Physical and Mental Health has a significant impact on Job Satisfaction.
