碩士 / 國立金門大學 / 海洋事務研究所 / 104 / Right after the effectiveness of Cross-strait Joint Fight against Crime and Mutual Legal Assistance Agreement in 25 June of 2009, the illicit activities of drag trafficking between Taiwan Strait has decreased as anticipated. And the agreement itself has promoted the cooperation and coordination between both sides of enforcement agency. Thus what shall be considered to reach for the next by both side authorities? The author believe, a higher level capacity to tackle issues such as criminal prevention, human trafficking and information exchange mechanism beyond external boundary shall be reviewed via collaboration approach.
This thesis intends to initiate discussion over the possibility of build mutual information exchange mechanism （center） in Kinmen, and make contribution to inform the policy for better enforcement.
