Evaluating Model for the Main Bridge Schemes of Mid-Long-Span Bridges on Sea - the Case Study of Kinmen Bridge / 中長跨距跨海橋梁主橋橋型方案評選模式-以金門大橋為例

碩士 / 國立金門大學 / 理工學院工程科技碩士在職專班土木工程組 / 104 / Bridges are important elements of the rail and road transport systems, the level of complexity of the technology involved. Current planning and design practice of bridge scheme selection is mainly based on engineering experience feedback, yet this shows the absence of comprehensive evaluation and decision-making mechanism. This study is to investigate the technical elements of mid-long-span bridges on sea, making expert surveys ,and by Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish a hierarchical architecture for the evaluation of bridge schemes, completing four categories with ten criteria, also shows essential infrastructure decision-making contains economy-oriented, low-risk and technology-based characteristics.Combined with a quantitative multi-criteria evaluation methods, this study builds the evaluation and decision-making model of main bridge schemes, and simulating the evaluation of main bridge schemes of the mid-long-span Kinmen Bridge. Considering the environmental conditions will not always be constant when people make a decision, this paper also discusses different decision-making scenarios under various conditions and constraints. In all, the extradosed bridge becomes the optimal bridge type selection, for its economic, technical performance and landscape characteristics advantages, also becomes the best solution under different decision-making conditions. The testing and verification results of this decision-making model are consistent with the actual planning and design case, to provide a reference to the relevant departments.
