碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 模具系碩士在職專班 / 104 / Micro-arc oxidation of pure titanium in fish-scale containing electrolytes was investigated. Phosphoric acid, acetic acid, calcium acetate, or citric acid was used to dissolve fish scale powder. Among them, the fish scale has the highest dissolution in the phosphoric acid solution. The effects of anodic voltage (150V, 200V and 300 V) on the surface characteristics of the oxide film (roughness, composition, wettability, and hardness) were investigated. Results show that raising the anodic voltage increased the surface roughness and the amounts of calcium and phosphorous in the oxide film. Comparing with the other electrolytes, fish-scale containing phosphoric acid solution can make the oxide film contain the highest amounts of calcium and phosphorous. In addition, numerous calcium phosphate crystals formed on the oxide film after hydrothermal treatment.
