The Factor of Key point for Impacting Leadership – Base on Special Force of Marine Corps / 影響領導統御關鍵因素-以某陸戰隊特種部隊為實證

碩士 / 高苑科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 104 / Base on AHP, this research is integrated experts’ theory to study the frame of leadership of military basic elements. By releasing questionnaire which be done by ARG’s NCOs, officers and staffs to assess self-discipline, regular daily training, working experience and background and operations, we could have a comprehensively observation of military living management, troop training and exercises.
This research reveals that the main efforts to effect basic unit has 3 points: the leader’s characteristics (38.9%), element’s culture (30.7%), and management method (30.4%).
On the other hand, the top 5 points to lead the leadership shows the ‘relationship interactive’ comes to the first one (0.158), the following points are ‘core value’ (0.12), ‘coordination function’ (0.11), ‘collaboration’ (0.1), and ‘leadership style’ (0.098). The data says that if wants to improve team efforts, instead of leadership style, relationship interactive, core value, and coordination function play more important parts in basic unit. It shouldn’t take leadership style for the first priority but build up good relationship and collaboration. Increasing the interactive and make harmonious and friendly relation could bring more morale in the unit.
In the end, the researcher recommends that to’ stress habit education’ is the most important thing, secondly is to ‘maintain relationship between leaders and subordinates, the third is to’ last organization traditional culture’, and the last one is ‘caring and encouraging subordinates.’
