碩士 / 美和科技大學 / 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 / 104 / There’s a shortage of mariner in recent years, and to solve this issue, Taiwan government has combined the efforts of industry and schools and maintained “Industry-Academy Cooperation Program of Marine Engineering” since 2006. The purpose of this research is to study the employment performance of students graduated from Industry-Academy Cooperation Program and to understand satisfaction of the employer regarding these students.
This research adapts the approach of case study, document analysis and in-depth interview; there are five shipping companies managers and a marine university professor selected to be the interviewee for this research.This study adapts purposive sampling method to select the interviewee out of above subjects and uses outlines with expert validity to proceed the interviews. As for reliability, this study uses data source, analyst and analytical method to proceed a three-side validation. The final intercoder reliability of sub-topic and sub-theme both score 0.936, and can be deemed as a fair reliability.
At the end of the research, suggestions towards Industry-Academy Cooperation Program’s course outline planners, front-line administrative staffs, instructors, students who attends to the program and following researchers are given respectively for future research.
