碩士 / 國立中興大學 / 高階經理人碩士在職專班 / 104 / In consideration of the threat that machinery companies in Taiwan are dealing with, this thesis proposes classical strategy tools and the method of doing foreign investment evaluation in a case-study manner. Furthermore, the thesis also contains a real foreign investment assessment and field research highlights. This study is consisted of a full aspect of analysis, including trend, management theory, analysis tools and field study. Therefore, this thesis is valuable for business owners of the machinery industry when considering an investment opportunity.
