碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 流通管理系 / 104 / Nowadays shipping is the most important mode of transport in the world , it occupies eighty percent of International cargo operations, wherein shipping line is one of the main revenue sources of ocean shipping companies, shipping liner was added strategic Alliances can achieve these lower costs and accelerate the development of new routes and new markets. The world's top 20 shipping companies have joined and composition. This study focused on shipping line strategic alliance risks factors and the relative weighting, through literature review and reference to the views of practice managers, the aggregate about the strategic alliances of risk factors, and referring to regular shipping routes involved in strategic alliance of shipping companies have conducted that have shiping line for comparison. This study to use the expert questionnaire, the results of AHP (The analytic hierarchy process, AHP) to confirm the relative weights of the risk factors. Through this study, it can be know that every risk factors ,the relative weights of the first three most important risk factors is (1) System Compatibility (2) Human resources contribution (3) management support.This relative weight provides the ocean shipping industry to understand the relative importance of the risk currently involved in a strategic alliance in the regular line,and thus the relative weight of shiping liner conduct reference and follow-up research related decisions and follow-up research recommendations.
