碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 電子工程系 / 104 / Fishhook wiring in the production line still relies on labor so far in industry. However, it becomes a big challenge for the factory with increasing labor cost. Therefore, this paper aims to develop the system software for automatic fishhook wiring process along with the mechanism design. The proposed software covers the following major mechanism: 1. Fishhook feeding system (vibration plate). 2. Fishhook wiring system. 3. Finished product collection. 4. Human-machine interface. Simulation results are provided to verify that the proposed software can perform a smooth mechanic action between different sub- systems.
