The Effects of Spectrum on the Growth of Anoectochilus Formosanus Hayata in an Aquaponic System / 光譜對魚菜共生系統中金線連生長之影響

碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 工程科學系碩士在職專班 / 104 / This study is to promote the environmental protection by the aquaponics system using different designs with various LED light sources,; using an LED light control system to provide the indoor light source and to look for the suitable control parameters on growing the Anoectochilus Formosanus Hayata in the system. Experiments included four different irrigation water cycling systems: Overflow A system, Overflow B system, Overflow C system, and Nutrient system. Four different LED spectra were examined with the light intensity being fixed to 210 μmole・m-2・s-1 and light irradiation being eight hours per day. In the Overflow A system and Nutrient system, the order of the growing weeks was Combined LED>R-LED>B-LED, while the order of the average weekly growth height was B-LED>Combined LED≧R-LED. By further adjusting the R-LED and B-LED spectral ratios to 1:2, the problem of shorter growing weeks by the B-LED could be reduced. In the Overflow B and Overflow C systems, the result of growing weeks exhibited the same trend. But the average weekly growth height, through ornamental fish density and mixed species, could enhance wastewater nutrients confirming that the direct impact of the concentration of nutrient solution electrical conductivity (EC) value on the growth of the Anoectochilus Formosanus Hayata.
