碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 水利及海洋工程學系碩士在職專班 / 104 / This research attacked zebrafish in raw water with imitated poisonous reagents and improved human monitoring of zebrafish activity by analyzing image of zebrafish activity. By image processing methods and natural risk avoidance activity of zebrafish, this research established an automatic water monitoring system. If the automatic water quality monitoring system sensed water quality problem when zebrafish activity met derived condition, it alert water purification plant operators to avoid serious deterioration of water quality. This research used zebrafish as biologic indicator for water quality monitoring and warning experiments.
