碩士 / 國立暨南國際大學 / 管理學院經營管理碩士學位學程碩士在職專班 / 104 / The paper is to understand the experience value of overseas internship system at Technological College and Junior College in Taiwan and to investigate the effect of the current overseas internship system in Taiwan. The study distinguished the overseas internship system to four dimensions, including administrative support, curriculum planning, student guidance, and learning outcomes. The paper find the four dimension of overseas internship related to overseas internship effect and indicate that number of students have high degree of satisfaction. Finally, this paper provide some advices to improve the effect of overseas internship program.
